Patient Information FAQ

Our Patient Information section provides everything you need to make your visit smooth and straightforward. Here you’ll find details on appointments, fees, repeat prescriptions, referrals, and test results, along with practical guidance on accessing our services and managing your healthcare with confidence.

Standard appointments are 10-15 minutes. Please let reception know if you require a longer appointment to minimise delays for the next patient.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call the centre as soon as possible.

Customer parking is available via Third Avenue, Klemzig. See our contact page for a map.

Walk-in patients are welcome and will be seen at the next available opportunity. Please note that booked appointments take priority

Repeat prescriptions and specialist referrals are generally issued during consultations to ensure appropriate ongoing care.

All patients are required to make follow-up appointments for all test results.

We kindly inform our patients that we do not offer home visits. All consultations, treatments, and medical services are provided in the practice only. If you are unable to attend in person due to health or mobility reasons, please contact our team to discuss possible alternatives or referral options.

Should you sustain a work-related injury, you are free to consult with the doctor of your choice under the Return to Work Act. Treatment of occupational injuries is available. Consultation to be paid on the day.

Please present your Medicare card and/or concession card on each visit. Additional fees may apply for those without a current Medicare or concession card.
